Effective Date: September 23, 2026
Welcome to Home Comfort Solutions LLC (“Home Comfort Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, communications, service requests, and other services we provide collectively as the “Services.”
Home Comfort Solutions LLC is headquartered in Massachusetts and provides heating, cooling, plumbing, and related home comfort services in Massachusetts and other areas we serve.
By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Home Comfort Solutions LLC is a heating, cooling, and plumbing company specializing in the repair, maintenance, installation, and replacement of home comfort systems.
Our Services may include heating, cooling, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning, plumbing, water heaters, maintenance, repairs, installations, replacements, and related home comfort services.
Service scope, specifications, pricing, payment requirements, estimated schedules, warranties, and other service-specific terms may be provided in a separate proposal, estimate, contract, or service agreement.
2. Use of Our Website and Services
You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Disrupt, damage, or interfere with our website or Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Infringe upon intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights
Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information
Misrepresent your identity or your authority to request Services for a property
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website or Services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Service Requests, Estimates, and Service Information
Information submitted through our website does not create a binding service agreement or guarantee that we will accept a service request.
Website information, preliminary estimates, consultations, and general pricing information are provided for informational purposes. Final pricing and service requirements may depend on property conditions, equipment condition, diagnostic findings, materials, equipment selections, permits, inspections, taxes, and other service-specific factors.
A Service becomes binding only when the applicable proposal or agreement has been accepted and any required fee or deposit has been received.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information concerning the property, service needs, existing conditions, ownership or authorization, scheduling restrictions, and any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform the Services.
4. Service Process
Our service process may include an initial inquiry, appointment, evaluation, diagnosis, estimate, proposal review, customer approval, repair, maintenance, installation, replacement, and completion.
The specific process may vary according to service location, scope, complexity, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Recommendations, estimates, timelines, and pricing may be revised as additional information becomes available or service requirements change.
5. Payments and Billing
Pricing and payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, contract, or service agreement.
By purchasing Services, you agree to:
Pay all fees, deposits, balances, taxes, and other agreed charges when due
Authorize charges using your selected payment method
Provide accurate billing and contact information
Notify us promptly of any suspected billing error
Pay approved additional charges resulting from authorized changes to the Services
Late or failed payments may result in delayed scheduling, paused work, delayed material or equipment ordering, or other remedies permitted under the applicable agreement and law.
6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Our Services may involve professional labor, diagnostic work, permitting, specialty materials, equipment, replacement parts, and products ordered specifically for an individual service or installation.
Once Services have begun, professional services have been performed, materials or equipment have been ordered, or permits have been submitted, some or all payments may become nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable agreement.
Cancellation, rescheduling, service-fee, deposit, and refund terms will be governed by the applicable proposal, contract, or service agreement.
If you have a concern regarding your Service or payment, contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
7. Scheduling and Service Delays
Any completion dates or timelines provided before or during a Service are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Schedules may be affected by:
Customer-requested changes
Permit or inspection requirements
Equipment, product, or material availability
Property readiness or access
Unforeseen equipment, structural, utility, or property conditions
Weather conditions
Transportation, supplier, manufacturer, or subcontractor delays
Events reasonably beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information, inaccessible or unsafe work areas, third parties, suppliers, permitting authorities, utility providers, concealed building or property conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at scheduled times. Service areas must be accessible and sufficiently prepared for evaluation, diagnosis, delivery, repair, maintenance, or installation.
You are responsible for informing us of known property conditions that may affect the Services, including utilities, prior work, structural concerns, equipment conditions, access restrictions, or known code issues.
Unexpected conditions, including concealed damage, structural deficiencies, utility conflicts, code issues, equipment conditions, or deviations from previously supplied information, may require additional work, revised pricing, service changes, or rescheduling.
We will communicate material changes when reasonably practicable before undertaking additional chargeable work.
9. Permits and Regulatory Requirements
Heating, cooling, plumbing, and related Services may be subject to building codes, manufacturer requirements, permitting, inspections, utility requirements, or other applicable regulations.
The applicable proposal or service agreement will identify which permitting, approval, or compliance responsibilities are included in our scope.
Approval by a governmental authority, utility provider, inspection authority, or other third party cannot be guaranteed. Required changes, additional professional services, unexpected fees, or schedule changes may be addressed through a revised proposal or additional authorization.
10. Intellectual Property
Our website content, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, designs, text, processes, proprietary systems, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Home Comfort Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

13. Third-Party Services
Our website and Services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, customer-management systems, analytics providers, communication services, hosting companies, manufacturers, suppliers, trade professionals, and permitting services.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for websites, services, or content independently controlled by third parties. Responsibility for third-party work incorporated into a Service will be determined by the applicable contract and law.
14. Warranties
Any workmanship, manufacturer, product, equipment, material, or installation warranties applicable to a Service will be stated in the relevant written agreement or supplied warranty documentation.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms, limitations, registration requirements, maintenance requirements, and exclusions.
Except as expressly provided in writing or required by law, the Services are provided without additional warranties, whether express or implied.
15. Disclaimers
Website content, photographs, videos, descriptions, pricing information, and service examples are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes.
Actual Services and results may vary based on equipment, materials, product availability, property conditions, permitting requirements, environmental conditions, and customer selections.
Nothing on our website constitutes engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice for a specific property unless expressly provided under a written agreement by a qualified professional.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Home Comfort Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim arising from particular Services will not exceed the amount paid to Home Comfort Solutions for the Services giving rise to that claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Additional limitations, remedies, and responsibilities may be established in the applicable service agreement.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Home Comfort Solutions harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or materially inaccurate information you knowingly provide.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Home Comfort Solutions for liabilities that cannot legally be transferred or limited.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Home Comfort Solutions LLC is headquartered in Massachusetts and provides Services in Massachusetts and other jurisdictions.
Unless a signed service agreement provides otherwise, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, mandatory consumer-protection, contracting, or other laws of the state where Services are performed will continue to apply when they cannot legally be waived.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before initiating formal proceedings.
Any governing-law, venue, mediation, arbitration, notice, or dispute-resolution requirements contained in a signed service agreement will control for that Service.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, service areas, technology, or legal obligations.
